Squats

Training went well yesterday.
Worked to 85% on squats and did some reverse bands.
The program has a lot of volume which I am getting used to quickly.
On another note, I ordered a new Metal King Pro Deadlifter.

New coach

I'm on week 2 of my program form my new coach Brian Carroll.

Everyone needs a coach, even the coaches.

I have decided that I am tired of programming my own workouts and needed to be accountable to someone besides myself.

I looked for the best person that I could find, and that was Brian Carroll.

He has me on a very simple, yet hard workout designed to get me back on the platform competing.
 I barley made through week one.

I'll be back here keeping you posted on my exploits.
