Common sense in politics?

There really is a complete lack of common sense these days, especially with politicians.
Local politicians may be the worst.

In Portland, Oregon it is really lacking.
The local meatheads tried to pass an ordinance preventing loaded guns from being carried in public.

There are a few issue with this:

First-Oregon is an open carry state which only requires a permit to carry a gun CONCEALED. Carrying a gun in the open is legal. People walking down the street with loaded cowboy rigs is not common, but it's not illegal. That's not the issue 

Second-what fucking good is an unloaded gun? None.

The issue is politicians trying to weaken the nation. The 2nd Amendment gives us the RIGHT to own firearms and it says it shall not be infringed. The 2nd Amendment has 27 words.
It is simple and to the point.
