5k in honor of Rich Angelo

Next weekend there is a 5k run/walk in honor of my friend Rich Angelo.

The following is from the organizer, Marty of FitWerx:

As always, thank you for choosing to participate in Rich’s race…the R11A 5K.  We currently have 186 pre-registered runners/walkers and I know more people will sign up as we get closer.  Again, thank you!

While many of you knew Rich personally, there are a number of you who didn’t.  If you have a minute please click on the link below.  Rich’s friend, Boston Globe Columnist Kevin Cullen, wrote a great article about him that appeared in this past Sunday’s Globe.  Last Friday night would have been their 35^th Malden High School Reunion and Rich was very much on everyone’s mind. 

Last but not least, I would like to ask for a little help… Can you please help us reach the 250 participant mark by asking your friends and family to join us?
