Lifting weights isn't that complicated

A while back, I did an article for Muscle and Fitness on choosing sets and reps.

My good friend Sean Hyson has summarized it in this blog post.

It's all about 25 reps.



I didn't make it up, I just gave my take on it. It's a quick read and you'll learn something awesome that you can use, not something sucky.
